After years of intense back pain and regular back spasms, I was advised to do Pilates in order to strengthen my core and to support my spine. After a few sessions, the pain started to ease and since starting regular Pilates, I have not had a severe back spasm. I do, however, get back pain if I do not do my beloved and restorative Pilates routine!

This amazing transformation within my own body has inspired me to start my career as a Pilates instructor, and I hope that I will be able to inspire people and help them to reap the endless benefits of Pilates.
